Gemstones’ Healing Power
Crystals serve an important purpose by enhancing our bodies healing process. They contain a great amount of energy that has been absorbed from the earth’s magnetic core. They are formed over millions of years when different minerals are combined under tremendous pressure, moisture and temperature.
Crystals contain powerful energy. For instance, crystal are widely used by industrial and technology companies to build calculators, microchips and credit cards.
Humans are a part of nature and therefore need energy to grow, survive and heal. Our body absorbs energy from the environment through energy channels and pinwheels that are known as “chakras” in Hindi. The seven famous chakras are located from the crown of our head to the bottom part of our body. Each chakras has a distinctive name, color and symbols found in the Hindi language. Root chakras is the first chakra, located in the genital areas and has red color. Second chakra is Sacral located in lower part of belly button and has orange color. Third chakras is Solar Plexus located above navel or belly button area and has yellow color. Forth chakras is located in out heart and has green color. Fifth chakra is throat chakra has blue color and located in out throat. Sixth chakra is Third eye and located in the middle of our forehead and has dark blue color. The last one or seventh chakra is crown located on top of our head has purple color. Each chakra has specific gemstone to represent it. Gemstones help elevate, absorb and stabilize each chakras’ energy based on specific mineral combinations. The natural properties of chakra stones and crystals can activate and balance each chakras.
A chakra can have different stones. In order to choose the right gemstone or crystal for your chakra place the stone on your chakra, hold it on your hands or wear it as jewelry and feel the vibration of it on your body. Even if you have never experienced or believe in gemstones healing power, please try it once by laying down placing the stone near your chakra, clear your mind by breathing softly in and out, relaxing your body and enjoy energy exchange and balance that comes over your body by feeling relieved or having goosebump in the area.
