CBD vs. Marijuana

Many people believe that CBD products having the same effect and source as marijuana. In reality CBD is come from hemp not marijuana. If you wonder what does CBD means CBD stands for Cannabidiol, one of many naturally- occurring components found in cannabis called cannabinoids. Endocannabinoids, like anandamide, act like the body’s natural THC but have a much shorter effect in the body than THC does. In fact, anandamide comes from the Sanskrit word for “bliss”, making it the body’s natural “blissful” molecule. There are also plant cannabinoids that are found in cannabis (THC and CBD are the biggest), and synthetic cannabinoids, which are lab-created and can be up to 600 times more powerful than THC (plantedu.com).

Hem and marijuana are both from cannabis plant with different amount of THC and CBD. THC is a chemical compound in marijuana famous for The Happy Chemical within youngsters. Marijuana has high concentration of THC that cause hallucination, anxiety, dizziness, and dry mouth. In the other hand, CBD does not contain THC and has handful amount of CBD that would not cause any mental hallucination.

Recently many states are legalizing marijuana but still in Federal government level people can lose their job with a simple drug test. CBD products are much more safer and family friendlier to use for local pain relief and anxiety. One thing to remember when purchasing a CBD product is to look for the company experience and method of extraction.
